Going live

What is available

Before you offer a feature or set an integration date, confirm with Timbro that it is enabled for your business or merchant account. Some features need extra setup or tests with Azul or CardNet.

These terms say what is still missing before you can use a feature:

  • Available: you can integrate it with the API and the published guides.
  • Validated in Test: payment and invoice flows are validated in Test mode; Live enablement is confirmed per business and merchant account.
  • Assisted setup: you complete the setup with help from Timbro.
  • Certification required: tests and approval are needed for the specific merchant account or device. It is not offered for every merchant account yet.
  • Planned: not available to integrate yet.

A payment in succeeded does not confirm that the DGII accepted the invoice or that the XML or PDF is ready. The invoice email delivery has its own status; confirm that it is enabled in the mode you will use.

A feature existing in Timbro does not mean you can already use it with your business. Approval can depend on the business, the acquirer, the domain, and the mode, Test or Live.

With Azul, run the tests and connect your live credentials in Portal Timbro, as Connect your merchant account explains. With CardNet or Portal, or before you commit to a date, ask the Timbro team to confirm that combination. Completing the setup or opening a screen without errors does not replace the acquirer’s tests and approval.

When your business is ready, review the go-live checklist. For the API fields, use the REST reference.
