Rules for using Timbro, paying as a guest, viewing receipts, and getting help.
What Timbro is
INDEXA SRL operates Timbro, a platform that connects businesses and buyers to show bills, coordinate payments, and deliver receipts. Timbro is not the seller of products or services shown in a purchase unless a screen expressly says so.
Permitted use
You may use Timbro to pay for a legitimate purchase, view information that belongs to you, receive a receipt, and manage a Cuenta Timbro when that feature is available. You may not test cards without authorization, impersonate another person, alter a payment, access another person's account, or interfere with the service.
Payments and statuses
Before confirming, review the business, description, amount, currency, taxes, voluntary tip when available, and total. An approved payment records an authorization; it does not by itself change the business's obligations for delivery or service. Do not try to pay again while the status is being verified.
Feedback on your experience
After you use Timbro, we may email you to ask about your experience and improve the service. We use the email you provided to receive your receipt or your Cuenta Timbro email. You can decline this follow-up on the receipt or unsubscribe through the email link. This message does not enroll you in promotions and is not required to pay, receive your receipt, or use your account.
