2026 campaign
Invoicing and Payments free for the rest of 2026
Start without a card and see the 2027 rates now
For every business
This INDEXA SRL promotion applies to every business category, including existing Timbro customers. To start invoicing, you must complete DGII requirements and have your digital certificate. To collect with Timbro Payments, your Azul, CardNet, or Portal merchant account must be active on Timbro.
Through December 31
During the promotion, Timbro Invoicing and Timbro Payments cost RD$0, however many invoices you issue or charges you collect. Your acquirer still charges its commission under your contract. The offer ends on December 31, 2026, Dominican Republic time, even if you activate later. Tests are also free.
What is included
Standard invoice issuance and collecting with Timbro Payments. Digital certificates, third-party services, custom integrations, and Timbro Local are quoted separately. You are charged only if you accept the proposal.
Your plan for 2027
Using your DGII information, we recommend Starter for RST businesses and SMEs. Large taxpayers are assigned Enterprise; you can request a review to qualify for a lower plan. You can choose among the plans available to your business. If your information is incomplete or inconsistent, we review it with you before confirming the plan.
We notify you before billing starts
In December, you receive your 2027 plan and an estimated cost based on your usage. If you sign up after that notice, we show you this information during activation. Before the first charge, we ask you to confirm your payment method. No card is needed to start.
How billing works from January
Rates apply from January 1, 2027. Timbro Payments costs 0.4% of the total amount of each charge, plus ITBIS, separate from your merchant account commission. Invoicing rates are per RNC, plus ITBIS. On Starter, up to 500 documents accepted by DGII each month remain free. For RST businesses and SMEs without an Enterprise contract, we apply the lowest rate for each month’s usage. Enterprise starts at RD$9,990 a month unless we approve another plan. January usage is billed in February; you will not pay for invoices issued in 2026. Credit and debit notes count, but tests, rejections, and resends do not.
When you need a service agreement
Service-level agreements (SLAs), reserved capacity, and dedicated support are contracted separately. You can contract Enterprise during the promotion, with prices and commitments agreed in writing. Exceeding included invoices does not stop issuance; technical limits and security measures still apply.
You decide whether to continue
You can cancel before the paid period begins. You keep access to accepted documents and downloads under the merchant terms, which also explain outstanding payments and price changes. The promotion does not replace your fiscal obligations or guarantee that DGII accepts your documents.
