Terms defined in those terms have the same meaning here. ## 1. Rules for every service - The Business can set up Timbro on its own. The services in this annex are optional, except the setup of Serve and All-in-One, which INDEXA performs to activate them. - Each service states its price, its hours, what it includes, and what it leaves out. - Work beyond a service’s scope or hours is quoted before it starts. No billable work begins without the express acceptance of an authorized person. - Each service is a one-time charge, not a monthly one, billed on the following month’s invoice, plus ITBIS, under section 14 of the Business Terms. Prices are in United States dollars (US$) and are paid in Dominican pesos. - Third-party costs are paid separately: the digital certificate, Meta’s charges, hardware, and Odoo licenses. - The DGII decides whether and when it authorizes the Business. INDEXA supports the Business but does not guarantee that authorization or its timing. ## 2. DGII help **Price:** US$ 75.00, once per RNC, on every plan, including Enterprise and All-in-One. It is optional, because Portal Timbro guides the Business through every step. It includes up to 2 hours from the Timbro team, by phone or WhatsApp, to support the Business with: - the Oficina Virtual and the Alta NCF; - buying the digital certificate and how to upload it to Portal Timbro; - the DGII certification steps that Portal Timbro shows. It does not include the price of the digital certificate. The DGII decides its own timing. INDEXA never asks for the Oficina Virtual password. ## 3. Serve setup **Price:** US$ 100.00. Required to activate Serve. It includes up to 2 hours to: - connect one WhatsApp number through Meta; - link the Business’s catalog; - place a test order through to payment; - hand Serve over to the Business, working. Meta decides its own verification timing. It does not include loading products or other numbers. ## 4. All-in-One setup **Price:** US$ 1,000.00 if the Business already has Odoo, with up to 16 hours, or US$ 1,500.00 if it does not, with up to 24 hours. Required to activate All-in-One, and it replaces the setup of Serve. It includes configuring one RNC, one branch, one Odoo company, Odoo’s online store, and one WhatsApp number; loading the Business’s products; and the training to hand over the service: Odoo’s official guides and videos, Timbro’s setup guide, and up to 6 hours of live question-and-answer sessions. More training is hourly help (section 5). It does not include migrating history from another system, adding more branches, or adding the companies of other RNCs to the same Odoo. Each is quoted as a custom project (section 6). All-in-One covers a single Odoo database. Companies of other RNCs added to it do not change the monthly price, their invoices count together with the Pro plan’s, and their setup is quoted. ## 5. The Timbro team’s hourly help **Price:** US$ 50.00 an hour, in blocks of 2 hours, that is, US$ 100.00 per block. It includes tasks that depend on each business and that Timbro does not do automatically, such as: - loading products and prices into Odoo; - adding the logo and colors to Odoo’s online store; - configuring in Odoo the taxes and sequences that the Timbro integration uses; - one training session. It does not include what section 6 treats as a custom project. ## 6. Custom projects They are quoted in writing before work starts: - migrating data from another system; - cleaning up data; - custom integrations; - installing a new Odoo outside All-in-One; - additional All-in-One branches; - the companies of other RNCs in the All-in-One Odoo. A migration starts with one paid 2-hour block of hourly help (section 5), in which the Timbro team reviews the old system’s data. It then delivers a written quote. The quote states what is delivered, the hours, the price, and how changes are handled. The Business can also have that work done by its Odoo implementer.
