You need a digital certificate and the DGII authorization. We guide you through the DGII certification in Portal Timbro. If you'd rather we walk you through it, we offer DGII help. ### Do I have to change my system? No. We connect to the system you already use, and your products, customers, and accounting stay there. ### What happens if the DGII rejects an invoice or is slow to respond? Your customer's payment stays approved, and the invoice goes out as soon as the DGII responds. If the DGII rejects it, you see why in Portal Timbro and send the correction from your system. ### Do I need a merchant account to get paid? To collect by card you need a merchant account with Azul, CardNet, or Portal. With Azul, you connect it yourself in Portal Timbro, and once you pass its tests, Azul turns on your live payments. With CardNet or Portal, we connect it for you.
